Born and raised in the vibrant city of Chicago, my love for food was cultivated early on. Growing up surrounded by diverse flavors and culinary traditions, I developed a deep appreciation for how food brings people together. Later, living in New York only broadened my palate, introducing me to even more cuisines and deepening my passion for exploring new tastes. These experiences shaped not just my love of food but my belief in its power to connect people.
The spark for my business came when I created a grazing table for a dear friend’s wedding. Seeing the joy it brought to the event, I knew I wanted to share that experience with others. I started my charcuterie company with the belief that food isn’t just sustenance—it’s a universal language that unites us. As someone who thrives on bringing others together, hosting has always been my way of building community. Moving to three new states over the years gave me countless opportunities to embrace this passion.
